Our Approach

BPBBQ has been in operation for over 10 years, offering the best tasting and highest quality food in the London, ON area.  Our team is very well traveled as our mobile kitchen has put on plenty of mileage! We take great pride in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring nobody leaves their event hungry!

Our job is to provide a platform for you to do your job; whether it's a personal party or corporate event, we create an atmosphere and experience that your guest(s) will remember for their lifetime.

How It All Began

The project started in 2008 when my spouse, Barb Van Rassel, submitted my (Michael Callaghan) chili recipe to the Canadian National Chili Championship (sponsored by Zantac). To make a long story short, I won with my Fire-Roasted Hot chili and repeated to win that title the following three years with my Wiri Wiri Hot Chili and Screeching Banshee Pork Chili. This success on the national level opened me up to the new world of competition food sport and sparked a new fire of opportunities.
