Chicken Roulade

  • Flatten/rolled out chicken breast (smoked in this recipe)
  • Maple bacon
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Feta cheese
  • Portabella mushrooms

  1. For easier control, place chicken on Saran Wrap
  2. Next, place ingredients on roulade in a line (line up like you would in a burrito)
  3. Roll the meat and tie with butcher string
  4. Grill on medium heat (400F)
  5. Cool and serve on sauce or couscous
