Taco Mix


  • ½ cup chili powder
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup onion powder
  • ¼ cup toasted cumin seed
  • ¼ cup corn flour
  • 1/8 cup salt


  1. Toast the cumin in a frying pan (shake frequently, as it starts to smoke you will smell the change in fragrance)
  2. Cool the seeds and grind into fine powder
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and store in air tight container
