Ingredients:
- ½ cup chili powder
- ¼ cup garlic powder
- ¼ cup onion powder
- ¼ cup toasted cumin seed
- ¼ cup corn flour
- 1/8 cup salt
Directions:
- Toast the cumin in a frying pan (shake frequently, as it starts to smoke you will smell the change in fragrance)
- Cool the seeds and grind into fine powder
- Mix remaining ingredients and store in air tight container
