Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp ancho powder
- 2 tbsp chipotle powder
- 4 tbsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp cumin seed
- 2 tsp cayenne (optional)
Directions:
- Toast the peppers in the oven until the oils start to bleed
- Heat the seeds in the frying pan until fragrant
- Grind all ingredients in a spice mill until they reach a fine consistency
