Cottage Roll


  • Cured Cottage roll (tied)
  • Pop
  • Sliced pears
  • Sliced apples
  • Maple syrup


  1. Boil in water, perhaps ginger ale or 7UP, (don’t make soup out of the broth if you use the pop)
  2. Add some sliced pears and apples to give it a nice fruity taste
  3. After boiling it for two hours, baked it for another hour with maple syrup
