Ingredients:
- Prime Rib Beef Roast (Rib Bones On)
- Oil
- Favourite rub
- Smoking chips

Directions:
- Oil the prime rib, and season with your favorite rub
- Put on grill (indirect) for about 4 hours at 220F (smoke if you can – choice of preference is sweet maple and a dash of hickory chips)
- Run the internal temperature up to 133F
- Let the roast cool for 15 minutes under tin foil
- Cut the string and roll the roast off the bones and re-season the rack of ribs before putting them back on the grill for another hour
